Winter is the best time to look for woodpeckers and Washington Crossing State Park is full of these three-toed environmental engineers! This free program will focus on the various species of woodpecker in the park including Hairy, Red-bellied, and Pileated Woodpeckers. This program will walk about two miles in search of woodpeckers and their allies. Please meet at the Nature Center by 9 AM. Dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes for walking. No registration is required. All ages welcome.
