The WCPA Trail Stewards meet monthly to preserve and improve the Park’s extensive trail system. We invite you to join us for the fresh air and camaraderie!

Trail Stewards

The WCPA Trail Stewards make up our most beloved and active team. They meet monthly at the Park’s Nature Center under the enthusiastic direction of Park employee Kevin Kavanaugh, clearing trails, removing brush, and constructing water bars and other trail necessities. They often meet for lunch afterwards, courtesy of the WCPA.

Tools are provided. Participants should wear sturdy work clothes and boots. Once you complete your initial training you’ll receive our fantastic WCPA Trail Stewards t-shirt.
