As our area prepares for 2026 and the country’s 250th anniversary, Washington Crossing Historic Park in PA and Washington Crossing State Park in NJ are working hard to prepare for the many of thousands of visitors expected to our shores. We invite you to join us in getting these nationally-known historic sites ready for their close ups!
This event is rain or shine, and will only be cancelled in the case of severe weather. We’ll supply bug spray, but you’ll have to be on the lookout for poison ivy and slippery rocks, not to mention variable water levels and river currents. That’s what makes it FUN!
This event is a partnership of NJ’s Washington Crossing Park Association, PA’s Friends of Washington Crossing Park, and the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
This year’s event will be in NJ only…MEET US AT THE NEW JERSEY PARK’S NELSON HOUSE, on River Drive in Titusville, NJ. Directly next the NJ entrance of the Washington Crossing Bridge.
